Our construction monitoring services provide our clients with reliable management of their site’s permits to ensure compliance with all governing agencies.
Our typical services on a construction project include weekly inspection site visits, review and maintenance of erosion sediment control plans (ESC) and stormwater water pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), Virginia Stormwater Management Permit (VSMP) reporting, coordination amongst site contractors, weekly updates and reports, and agency compliance reporting. These services provide the permittee/contractor/developer with third party services to ensure site compliance through onsite inspections, reporting and permit updating.

B&B has multiple staff members that are Virginia DEQ certified in E&S and Stormwater plan review and inspection.
